How can I extend the life of my beloved jewelry?

Caring for your jewelry will extend its life. Treat it with tender loving care, and please don't shower or swim with your pieces, they will thank you! Brass can tarnish from oils, perfume, lotion, or with time. It can easily be cleaned with Brasso or lemon juice!


What are the charges for shipping?

Shipping rates vary but we strive to bring you the lowest rates.
Orders over $100 will receive free shipping within the continental U.S.! International shipping is accepted through VERIFIED PAYPAL accounts only, the cost varies depending on the country and is FREE for orders over $200. Please email us at info@TheOxfordTrunk.com for more information. Items are shipped ground (depending on your location) and take 2-7 business days.
Orders will ship within 1-4 business days. For rush orders please email info@theoxfordtrunk.com for more information, if possible we will try to accommodate your needs.
Please double check that you have entered the CORRECT shipping and billing address on your customer profile as well as your email address and contact number. The Oxford Trunk will ship your order to the address you provided, we are not responsible for the package shipping to a wrong address provided by the customer. There will be an additional shipping charge to reship your order.
Please make sure all the information provided in your customer profile is correct. You will automatically be emailed an order confirmation once your order has been placed as well as shipping information after your item ships. If you did not receive these emails you may have typed in the wrong email address, please double check your customer profile.

Reward Points

Reward points are given when you sign up for our newsletter, refer a friend, and after each order.  You will need to create a customer account in order to gain points and redeem them for money (off your order).  You can always access your points when logging into your account on www.theoxfordtrunk.com to the left will be a purple tab that says Rewards Points, when you click it your account will come up. Once you redeem points it will show you your code and you will be emailed your code. Please insure your correct email is used. Rewards gift cards cannot be combined or used with other discounts.


Do you do price matching?


Yes! If you see the same piece on another website email us at info@TheOxfordTrunk.com , subject "Price Match" and give us your contact information and the link to the piece on the website. We will do our very best to match that price for you!

Things You Should Know

Handmade items may take longer to ship out. If you are purchasing a handmade piece please email us to find out how long it will take to process, it could be 1-3 weeks.
Any handmade piece with natural stones varies in size, shape, and color
After your order is place you will automatically be sent a confirmation email with your order and shipping address, if something is not correct please email us right away.
Once an order is shipped you will be sent an automatic email with tracking information
Shipping is M-F , there is no shipping on weekends or holidays

*SALE items marked down at 50% or more are always FINAL SALE.

All of our sizes run true to size unless otherwise stated on the product.

Small- 0-2, Medium 4-6, Large 8-10
