Flirty Florals and Bold Geometrics - The Oxford Trunk

Flirty Florals and Bold Geometrics

by Jenna Gruttadauria April 12, 2012

Let's take a moment to discuss a trend that might not be on the forefront of this spring's fashion trends, but that most certainly has a presence, no matter how under-stated.

I think we can all agree that florals and tribal are stealing the show right now, but geometric inspired and color block pieces are a perfect accent to these trend front runners. Geometric tailoring, as displayed here by Herve Leger and Balenciaga has clearly found its way onto the runways of the spring/summer 2012 collections.

Mixing this bold trend with flowy, ethereal florals is the perfect balance. Walking the line of femininity with florals can be difficult. You don't want to look like Tommy Bahama's wife, and you don't want to look like a little girl in her easter dress either. Choosing bold accessories is the key. Try our Geometric Necklace, Ball & Chain Necklace or Mosaic Necklace
