What is your return policy?
- It is our intention to deliver our customers fun costume jewelry, delicate handmade specialty pieces, and clothing at competitive prices. We do everything we can to ensure the quality and authenticity of our products, accurate photos, and take special care in packaging and shipping. With that in mind, please read the return policy before making a purchase. - If you have an issue please email us. Within each order is a RETURN CARD, if you would like to send your item back for an exchange or store credit please follow instructions on the card. Returns are processed in the order they are received and take 1-3 weeks, shipping costs are not reimbursed, however you will not be charged again to send the exchanged items. Returns and exchanges after 30 days from the date the item is shipped will NOT be processed. Theoxfordtrunk.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. Please do not call or email regarding your return if it is before the 1-3 week time frame, this will only delay the process. - SALE ITEMS- Are often FINAL SALE, if this is the case it will say so on the product description of the item. If the item is a FINAL SALE it cannot be returned or exchanged as it is a heavily discounted item.How can I extend the life of my beloved jewelry?
- Caring for your jewelry will extend its life. Treat it with tender loving care, and please don't shower or swim with your pieces, they will thank you! Brass can tarnish from oils, perfume, lotion, or with time. It can easily be cleaned with Brasso or lemon juice!What are the charges for shipping? (shipping and customer profile information)
- Shipping rates vary but we strive to bring you the lowest rates.
- Orders over $100 will receive free shipping within the continental U.S.! International shipping is accepted through VERIFIED PAYPAL accounts only, the cost varies depending on the country and is FREE for orders over $200. Please email us at info@TheOxfordTrunk.com for more information. Items are shipped ground (depending on your location) and take 2-7 business days.
- Orders will ship within 1-4 business days. For rush orders please email email@example.com for more information, if possible we will try to accommodate your needs.
- Please double check that you have entered the CORRECT shipping and billing address on your customer profile as well as your email address and contact number. The Oxford Trunk will ship your order to the address you provided, we are not responsible for the package shipping to a wrong address provided by the customer. There will be an additional shipping charge to reship your order.
- Please make sure all the information provided in your customer profile is correct. You will automatically be emailed an order confirmation once your order has been placed as well as shipping information after your item ships. If you did not receive these emails you may have typed in the wrong email address, please double check your customer profile.
Do you do price matching?
Yes! If you see the same piece on another website email us at info@TheOxfordTrunk.com , subject "Price Match" and give us your contact information and the link to the piece on the website. We will do our very best to match that price for you!
Things You Should Know
- Handmade items may take longer to ship out. If you are purchasing a handmade piece please email us to find out how long it will take to process, it could be 1-2 weeks.
- Any handmade piece with natural stones varies in size, shape, and color
- After your order is place you will automatically be sent a confirmation email with your order and shipping address, if something is not correct please email us right away.
- Once an order is shipped you will be sent an automatic email with tracking information
- Shipping is M-F , there is no shipping during with weekend
